Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services and the booking of stays at YOTA & MIKA Okinawa. By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment

A deposit of 10% of the total booking fee is required to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance can be paid by:

Cash (JPY) upon check-in, or
-
Online payment one week before check-in.

2. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their booking at least 30 days before check-in to receive a full refund of the deposit.

If cancellations are made less than 30 days before check-in, the deposit is non-refundable.

In case of flight delays due to airline issues, we can provide supporting documents to help guests claim compensation from their insurance provider or airline.
3. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time: After 3:00PM

Check-out time: Before 11:00AM

Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated upon request and availability.
4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must comply with the property’s house rules and local laws.

Any damages to the property or its contents will be charged accordingly.

Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
5. Liability Disclaimer

YOTA & MIKA Okinawa is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during your stay.

Guests are advised to secure their own travel insurance.
6. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
