Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services and the booking of stays at YOTA & MIKA Okinawa. By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms:


1. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit of 10% of the total booking fee is required to secure your reservation.

  • The remaining balance can be paid by:

    • Cash (JPY) upon check-in, or

    • Online payment one week before check-in.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Guests may cancel their booking at least 30 days before check-in to receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • If cancellations are made less than 30 days before check-in, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • In case of flight delays due to airline issues, we can provide supporting documents to help guests claim compensation from their insurance provider or airline.


3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: After 3:00PM

  • Check-out time: Before 11:00AM

  • Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated upon request and availability.


4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must comply with the property’s house rules and local laws.

  • Any damages to the property or its contents will be charged accordingly.

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.


5. Liability Disclaimer

  • YOTA & MIKA Okinawa is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during your stay.

  • Guests are advised to secure their own travel insurance.


6. Amendments to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
